WE CAN DRAW A CROWD

Our first festival (The Carpinteria Sea Glass Festival) garnered much fanfare and was reviewed as a rousing success with over 4,000 guests attending. It was so much bigger than we anticipated – despite some challenges. This year, we moved it to the spacious and air conditioned Earl Warren Showgrounds in Santa Barbara and anticipate an even larger crowd of 6,500-7000.

WE’RE RARE AS A PIECE OF RED SEA GLASS

Our festival is unique in that we’re hosting special events, have guest speakers, is the only one of its kind in Southern California, and one of three on the west coast. We attract thousands of avid sea glass collectors and ocean art enthusiasts up and down the Pacific coast and beyond.

WE BELIEVE IN GIVING BACK AND CARING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

The Festival committee strongly believes in giving back to our beautiful, coastal community – and on World Oceans Day, we named Explore Ecology as our Giving Back Recipient of 2016. Explore Ecology is an environmental education and arts nonprofit located in downtown Santa Barbara, empowering people to protect and preserve the environment, and inspiring them to make smart choices that shape a better future.

This year we’ve got a whole new look, a whole new website, a strong marketing plan...and people are taking notice. We’ll link back to your website on ours, promote you through our social media channels, and give your brand or organization visibility on a variety of marketing materials.
